Metrum Research Group offers technical support for NMQual, MIfuns, bugsParallel, and BUGSModelLibrary (all open-source tools which are available for download here). Support will be offered primarily by email or, when appropriate, by phone or screen sharing. Responses to technical support inquiries will generally be made within one business day. Support can also be scheduled at mutually agreeable times.
How to Purchase Technical Support
You can sign up for technical support by pre-purchasing one of our support blocks. Support blocks of 5-hours (minimum purchase) can be purchased here by clicking one of the Purchase Now links below and filling out the registration form. After submitting your registration, you will be redirected to our payment page so that you may activate your support by completing the registration process and submitting your payment via PayPal (preferred method). For alternate forms of payment, contact Danielle Dunn or call us at +1.860.735.7043. The price per 5-hour block is $2,000. Support block time can be used only for the software tool for which it is purchased.

How Your Pre-Purchased Technical Support is Used
As you make support requests, we will apply the time spent against your pre-purchased support block in 0.25 hour increments. You may request your "block balance" at any time. Unused time will expire one year after the date of purchase.
