Dennis A. Noe, M.D.
Principal Scientist II, Head of Oncology Science
Dennis has over 25 years of experience in oncology drug development. The early years of his career were spent on faculty in the Dept of Oncology at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where he participated as a clinical pharmacokineticist in NCI-sponsored Phase 1 and 2 studies of cytotoxic agents. With the advent of the era of targeted oncology agents, he moved to Pharma where he served as the clinical pharmacologist on numerous development teams. His experience includes small-molecule and monoclonal-antibody agents. Throughout his career, Dennis has advocated a data-driven, model-based approach to progressing agents through the development process, with a strong interest in having relevant cell and organismic biology incorporated into the conceptual and mathematical models.
