Prachi K. Wickremasingha, Pharm.D.
Prachi earned her PharmD at Rutgers University. She completed her post-doctoral residency at the Medical College of Virginia and her fellowship at Hartford Hospital, where she focused on evaluating the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of anti-infectives using various in vitro and in vivo models of infection in addition to clinical patient and healthy volunteer studies. She has 10 years of industry experience in clinical pharmacology and translational medicine. She has worked across early clinical, phase II/III, and lifecycle management programs and has led global project teams of early clinical programs through strategic planning and preparation/submission of INDs/CTAs. She has represented translational medicine/clinical pharmacology departments on global strategy teams for global development and registration dossiers. In support of these programs, Prachi has designed and run clinical pharmacology studies (first in human studies, multiple ascending dose studies, drug-drug interaction studies, etc) in both the US and EU.
