James joined Metrum in September 2023 as a business analyst for the Technical Solutions team.  He has over twenty years of experience in education, client support, and information technology.  James hopes to use his knowledge and skills to enhance efficiency and deliver client-focused results.  When not working, he enjoys reading, cooking, and relaxing with his pets.
