Noel joined Metrum Research Group in 2025 with broad experience in application development, requirements analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining MetrumRG, he worked as a software consultant and state government employee where he gained diverse experience in public facing and internal environments. Noel was a line medic deployed with an Infantry platoon to Iraq in 2005 – 2006 which focused him on the importance of preparation and executing under pressure. He brings his dedication to purpose and attention to detail to bear in using technology to solve problems.
