Michael joined MetrumRG in 2021 as a Support Engineer II with extensive experience supporting a SAAS web analytics product.  Michael works closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our technology solutions and tools.  He is passionate about troubleshooting complex issues to maintain client satisfaction and automating system processes.
