Client Relationship Coordinator II

Tina joined Metrum Research Group in February 2020. As a member of the Technology Solutions Product Group, Tina drafts licensing agreements, renewals, work order proposals and amendments with input from Product Management and Engineering Leadership for our Metworx platform and related Technology Solutions offerings, while facilitating contract negotiations as needed. She manages all Technology Solutions communications with external customers throughout the customer relationship lifecycle, serving as a liaison to connect the needs of our clients with MetrumRG subject matter experts in order to deliver leading-edge solutions with immense customer satisfaction.

With over 20 years of experience spanning various industries, Tina is a dynamic relationship builder who delivers key business-side support from facilitating external training on our tools, to overseeing internal business processes, and delivering reporting to inform forecasting. Tina brings effective communication to each of her interactions with both individual contributors and executives who rely on current and accurate data to make informed business decisions.
